本科论文AbstractIn order to meet the water demand of urban development and economic construction andfurther improve the safety of urban water supply,a water limited company plans to invest inthe construction of surface water plant.The ground water plant is planned to be implementedin two phases.The scale of the first phase project (in the near future 2020)is 100000 m3/D,and that of the second phase project (in the long term 2030)is 100000 m3 d.after thecompletion of the project,a scale of 200000 m3/D can be formed.The civil works andauxiliary works of the ground water plant phase I project are designed on the scale of 200000m3/D,and the equipment is installed by stages;the main works of the water plant aredesigned on the scale of 100000 m3/d.In the construction and production process of the project,there are fire,explosion,poisoning,suffocation,electric shock,object strike,falling from height,mechanical injury,vehicle injury,lifting injury,dust and noise and other dangerous and harmful factors.Theproject will inevitably involve system safety design,so as to ensure that the safety facilitiesand main works of the project are designed,constructed and put into production at the sametime And use,in accordance with the production safety law of the people's Republic of China,Interim Measures for the supervision and administration of "three simultaneously"of safetyfacilities of construction projects,order No.36 of the State Administration of work safety andother relevant provisions,the company shall carry out safety evaluation on the project inaccordance with the law.Entrusted by Water Service Co.,Ltd.,it undertakes the safety evaluation of the firstphase of the ground water plant,and sets up a project evaluation team for this purpose.According to the relevant information provided by the entrusting party,through investigation,analysis and research,the assessment team has prepared this safety assessment report inaccordance with the requirements of general principles for safety assessment (aq8001-2007)and guidelines for safety assessment(AQ8002-2007).Key words:Hazard source;Identification:Safety assessment
