功率相关的可重构频率选择超表面研究摘要频率选择表面(FSS)是一种能反射、吸收或透射特定频段内电磁波的二维周期阵列结构。当做空间滤波器使用,可以对不同状态和类型的电磁波进行过滤或选择。正因此特性,SS被广泛应用于卫星天线的频率复用、电磁隐身、雷达吸波材料、电磁屏蔽等多方面。本文主要针对SS近年来的研究热点一一可重构特性进行研究,主要的研究工作包括以下几个方面:1、基础理论:对频率选择表面的四种基本模型及其等效电路进行研究,进一步讨论级联的两种基本形式:介绍PIN二极管的原理,为后续可重构频率选择表面的研究打下基础。2、对现有的两种级联式FSS结构进行复现,分别实现超宽的带外屏蔽和带外隐身两种效果。并在逐层还原与分析的过程中,进一步加深了对℉S$等效电路的理解。3、设计了一种具有带外隐身特性的小型化高选择性FSS,,单元尺寸为0.05入×0.05入×0.04入,通带状态中心频率为1.52GHZ,边带过渡带为620MZ,带外在15GHZ内未出现高阶通带,有高选择性:阻带状态,在0-15GHZ范围内传输系数小于-10dB,具有良好的屏蔽效果:对于不同入射功率,在8-14GHZ范围内都具有高吸收率,在X波段和部分KU波段达到良好的隐身效果,不同的传输特性也体现了功率相关性。在ADS中将二极管加入,进行仿真,结果与FSS仿真结果基本一致,验证了仿真的有效性。关键词:功率相关超表面可重构小型化高选择性宽带吸收ⅢStudy of power Dependent reconfigurable frequency selectivemetasurfaceABSTRACTFrequency selective surface (FSS)is a two-dimensional periodic array that can reflect,absorb or transmit electromagnetic waves in a specific frequency band.Used as a spatialfilter,it can filter or select electromagnetic waves of different states and types.Because ofthis characteristic,FSS is widely used in satellite antenna frequency multiplexing,electromagnetic stealth,radar absorbing materials,electromagnetic shielding and otheraspects.This paper mainly focuses on the research focus of FSS in recent years -reconfigurable characteristics.The main research work includes the following aspects:1.Basic theory:Four basic models of frequency selective surface and their equivalentcircuits are studied,and two basic forms of cascade are further discussed.The principle ofPIN diode is introduced,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research on thereconfigurable frequency selective surface.2.The existing two cascaded RFSS structures are reproduced to achieve two effects ofultra-wide out-of-band shielding and out-of-band stealth respectively.And in the process oflayer by layer reduction and analysis,further deepen the understanding of the FSSequivalent circuit.3.design a small out of band stealth characteristics of high selectivity RFSS,unit size is 0.05A X 0.05 X 0.04 A,passband state center frequency is 1.52GHZ,sideband transitionzone is 620 MHZ,outside 15 GHZ without high order passband,high selectivity;Stopbandstate,in the range of 0-15 GHZ transmission coefficient is less than -10 dB,has goodWshielding effect;For different incident power,it has high absorptivity in the range of 8-14GHZ,and achieves good stealth effect in X band and part of KU band.Differenttransmission characteristics also reflect power dependence.Diodes were added into ADS forsimulation,and the results were basically consistent with those of HFSS simulation,whichverified the effectiveness of simulation.KEYWORDS:Power dependent metasurfacereconfigurableminiaturizationhigh-selectivitywide-band absorption
