粮食筒仓安全风险分析与评价研究

本科论文AbstractSafety evaluation can find,analyze and predict the dangerous and harmful factors inproject engineering operation,and carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis on theidentified risks so as to formulate safety countermeasures,prevent accidents andfundamentally "safety first,prevention first".The object of this safety risk analysis and evaluation is the grain silos in Jinzhou,Liaoning.The enterprise has a group of vertical silos,common single-storey houses,shallowround steel plate storehouses and one square meter steel plate insulated single-storey house.The main evaluation object is the vertical silo,which is of reinforced concrete frame structure,uses aluminum phosphide for grain fumigation and contains heavy machinery and equipment.In order to ensure the safety of grain silos and prevent accidents,this paper carries out asystematic safety evaluation on grain silos.The evaluation unit is divided into grain silo layout and structure unit,productionprocess unit,safety management unit and occupational health unit,so as to understand thepossible hazards such as mechanical injury,dust explosion and poisoning,and formulatecountermeasures in time.Key words:Evaluation;Silos;Danger
